About the role

  • Contribute to Meta channel acquisition strategy by scoping tests to support the channel learning agenda
  • Partner with channel team for planning and implementation of Meta campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, following outlined process
  • Work with platform partners to implement campaigns and ensure channel is well managed through attention to detail
  • Scope and design tests with Meta and channel teams including creative testing, audience testing, and new placements
  • Coordinate across internal teams including Compliance, Brand Marketing, Customer Experience, Analytics, Data, Technology to execute Meta strategies end to end
  • Partner with QA associate to maintain platform documentation, plan launch timings, and ensure processes are followed
  • Create creative briefs to support upcoming tests and maintain channel creative library
  • Analyze large data sets in Excel/Google Sheets and communicate results via PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Maintain platform documentation, plan launches, and flag process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in paid social marketing working with Meta platforms Facebook & Instagram
  • At least 1 year of experience trafficking Meta campaigns
  • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite applications
  • At least 3 years of experience in paid social marketing with knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) in the performance marketing space (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of ad operations experience at a digital marketing agency with a strong background in Meta campaign trafficking and management (preferred)
  • Familiarity producing and optimizing both static and video creative for Meta (preferred)
  • Experience in other social media or digital marketing channels such as YouTube, TikTok, Display (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management or 2 years of experience at a digital marketing agency (preferred)
