Strategic and Budget Planning
Development and management of the annual marketing plan.
Control and optimization of the marketing budget.
Performance and ROI reporting for marketing activities.
Creation, execution and analysis of advertising campaigns (online and offline).
Management of suppliers and agencies.
Development of institutional and promotional materials.
Planning and execution of inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
Management of campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Monitoring KPIs and optimizing conversion funnels.
Planning and organization of in-person and digital events.
Coordination of brand activations, trade shows, workshops and conferences.
Liaison with internal and external areas to ensure execution.
Content planning and editorial calendar management.
Supervision of the production of visual and written content.
Monitoring brand engagement and reputation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in related areas.
Willingness to travel.
Intermediate or advanced English (preferred).
Advanced experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.).
Advanced MS Office skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in planning and executing corporate events.
