About the role

  • Marketing Intern supporting the marketing team with hands-on training and various marketing tasks at WebTPA. Gain practical work experience in healthcare while developing marketing skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with review and proofreading of copy for various collateral
  • Create social media posts
  • Assist in creation of written, video and image content for marketing channels
  • Think creatively and pitch ideas to fuel content platforms
  • Assist with sales materials including presentation development
  • Help update of key staff bios
  • Assist with administrative duties for marketing team as needed
  • Learn about marketing support tools such as HubSpot, Canva, etc.
  • Assist with internal support for the WebTPA intranet
  • Write company communications

Requirements

  • 0-1 years related work experience.
  • Must be a rising Junior or Senior pursuing a college degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and consider timely responsiveness a top priority.
  • Quick learner who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly effective at multi-tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong background with Microsoft suite including PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience preferred in working with marketing tools and apps – such as event apps, content management systems, email automation software.
