Responsibilities
Structure and manage the annual marketing plan, defining goals, KPIs and strategic direction;
Translate commercial and Customer Success objectives into campaigns for lead generation, retention and expansion;
Work in an integrated way with the partner agency, providing guidance, monitoring and ensuring the quality of deliverables;
Develop and optimize the inbound marketing funnel (attraction, nurturing and conversion);
Create and manage paid media, email marketing, marketing automation and landing page campaigns;
Track performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, MQL, ROI and conversion rates;
Support the Customer Success team with value communications, engagement campaigns and customer re-education;
Create automation flows and strategies to reduce churn and drive cross-selling and up-selling;
Support the Partnerships team in attracting, activating and engaging new partners;
Produce success stories, co-branded campaigns and corporate content to strengthen the brand;
Create and maintain marketing and commercial performance dashboards, analyzing data and generating insights for continuous optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields
Proven experience with B2B marketing funnels and management of digital campaigns
Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce (or similar CRM systems)
Experience with paid traffic (Google Ads / Meta Ads) and marketing automation
Analytical skills and proficiency with measurement tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.)
Knowledge of copywriting and customer journey mapping
Experience in employee benefits, insurance, HR or B2B SaaS sectors is a plus.
