Responsibilities
Oversee 6-7 Supervisors and their corresponding teams of Claim Processors
Manage Medicare first pass claim adjudication on the HRP platform according to CMS guidelines
Responsible for coaching and development as well as other claim related work streams
Achieve Quality outcomes, CTM and Complaint avoidance and rework reduction
Collaborate across Business Units to achieve outcomes while managing staff in a virtual environment
Requirements
Direct experience managing staff in a production environment
Experience coaching, developing staff and leading process improvement initiatives
Previous experience managing a team of supervisors
Experience managing large teams with a span of control of 75+ employees
Health care experience
5+ years Medical claim processing experience (preferred)
Experience with project management (preferred)
Experience working with stakeholders in leadership roles throughout the organization (preferred)
