About the role

  • Senior Manager overseeing service operations at CVS Health managing a team of Claim Processors. Responsible for Medicare claim adjudication, coaching, and collaboration across business units.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee 6-7 Supervisors and their corresponding teams of Claim Processors
  • Manage Medicare first pass claim adjudication on the HRP platform according to CMS guidelines
  • Responsible for coaching and development as well as other claim related work streams
  • Achieve Quality outcomes, CTM and Complaint avoidance and rework reduction
  • Collaborate across Business Units to achieve outcomes while managing staff in a virtual environment

Requirements

  • Direct experience managing staff in a production environment
  • Experience coaching, developing staff and leading process improvement initiatives
  • Previous experience managing a team of supervisors
  • Experience managing large teams with a span of control of 75+ employees
  • Health care experience
  • 5+ years Medical claim processing experience (preferred)
  • Experience with project management (preferred)
  • Experience working with stakeholders in leadership roles throughout the organization (preferred)
