About the role
- Senior Manager overseeing service operations at CVS Health managing a team of Claim Processors. Responsible for Medicare claim adjudication, coaching, and collaboration across business units.
Responsibilities
- Oversee 6-7 Supervisors and their corresponding teams of Claim Processors
- Manage Medicare first pass claim adjudication on the HRP platform according to CMS guidelines
- Responsible for coaching and development as well as other claim related work streams
- Achieve Quality outcomes, CTM and Complaint avoidance and rework reduction
- Collaborate across Business Units to achieve outcomes while managing staff in a virtual environment
Requirements
- Direct experience managing staff in a production environment
- Experience coaching, developing staff and leading process improvement initiatives
- Previous experience managing a team of supervisors
- Experience managing large teams with a span of control of 75+ employees
- Health care experience
- 5+ years Medical claim processing experience (preferred)
- Experience with project management (preferred)
- Experience working with stakeholders in leadership roles throughout the organization (preferred)
