About the role
- Guides development and execution of grantmaking strategy and portfolio
- Manages current grantees as main point of contact for strategic grantee portfolio
- Continue to develop Disaster Response grantmaking strategy
- Works closely with peers in developing metrics strategy and evaluation processes
- Participates in meaningful, ongoing learning; identifies and creates storytelling opportunities
Requirements
- 10+ years experience, with at least 5 years in grantmaking
- Well-versed in entrepreneur development and the nonprofit ecosystem that supports entrepreneurs
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experienced presenter who can represent the eBay Foundation internally and externally
