Responsibilities
Building and managing strategic partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
Leading the onboarding and go-live process for new partnerships
Ensuring seamless integration and strong collaboration across LBG
Developing solutions that meet OEM requirements while supporting the vision to evolve beyond finance and leasing
Delivering financial and non-financial targets agreed in the operational plan/P&L
Cultivating strong relationships across all customer demographics
Ensuring compliance and regulatory oversight in line with LBG's policies, procedures, and requirements
Maximal individual performance levels of team members through coaching and mentorship
Requirements
Strong relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills
Solid understanding of how an OEM operates and knowledge of UK marketplace
Understanding of key retention initiatives
Ability to drive the change agenda across colleagues and external partners
Demonstrates innovative thinking to support the design and successful implementation of change initiatives
Proven ability to shape and drive Profit & Loss / budget management
Market knowledge to support onboarding and ongoing development and growth of partner
Understanding of Digital customer journeys and retention correlation
Understanding of EVs and overall marketplace dynamics
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify, assess, monitor, control and mitigate risks
