- Lead the design and execution of learning programs supporting AI initiatives across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to co-create solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
- Co-lead development and leadership solutions with PX and Organizational Development teams.
- Partner with business leaders, PX, and L&D to develop innovative learning strategies.
- Manage complex projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
- Design and facilitate impactful learning experiences in both in-person and digital formats.
- Develop BU-specific programs when enterprise solutions do not meet unique needs.
- Measure and evaluate learning effectiveness, continuously improving based on feedback and data.
- Maintain strong relationships with business leaders and functional leadership to support cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience; OR a master's degree with 5+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 1+ years of experience.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in change management, PMO, or transformation leadership roles.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and consultative discussions.
