Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of learning programs supporting AI initiatives across the enterprise.
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to co-create solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
Co-lead development and leadership solutions with PX and Organizational Development teams.
Partner with business leaders, PX, and L&D to develop innovative learning strategies.
Manage complex projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
Design and facilitate impactful learning experiences in both in-person and digital formats.
Develop BU-specific programs when enterprise solutions do not meet unique needs.
Measure and evaluate learning effectiveness, continuously improving based on feedback and data.
Maintain strong relationships with business leaders and functional leadership to support cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience; OR a master's degree with 5+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 1+ years of experience.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Experience in change management, PMO, or transformation leadership roles.
Knowledge of adult learning principles.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Comfortable with ambiguity and consultative discussions.
Self-motivated, flexible, and excellent time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
