About the role

  • Design, implement and monitor human capital programs and policies including total rewards, talent management and talent acquisition
  • Serve as a crucial liaison point for HR Managers, People Partners and other HR COEs
  • Develop, oversee and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations
  • Provide day-to-day support and advice to human resources teams and line management
  • Assist in creation of HR documents including scripts for HR and managers, letter templates, Colleague Guides and other process documents as directed

Requirements

  • Graduation / post-graduation in any stream
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience with at least three years of previous HR experience; experience in employee relations a plus
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Strong editing skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office package skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Works independently with minimal supervision
