About the role
- Designs, connects, schedules and deploys business solutions, including workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Analyzes and validates data, gathering requirements for business solutions
- Monitors production systems for issues and resolves issues or elevates them for resolution when necessary
- Acts as the technical lead for development initiatives
- Serves as a mentor to junior programmers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 5 years of programming experience
- Strong knowledge of writing efficient SQL and .NET application code (VB.NET or C#), HTML, and JavaScript
- Expertise in application infrastructure design, object-oriented principles, and general database design
- Excellent knowledge of gathering specifications, computer application design, and performing analysis of data, computer and work-flow processes
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
