About the role

  • Senior Influencer Marketing Manager managing campaigns and leading a team in Germany. Responsible for strategic planning and execution of influencer marketing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic and operational management of influencer marketing campaigns
  • Direct client support and consulting: primary point of contact for our clients
  • Leadership and development of a team of Influencer Marketing Managers
  • Selection, negotiation and management of influencer partnerships
  • Ensuring efficient processes and further development of internal workflows
  • Close collaboration with Performance Marketing and Creative teams
  • Responsible for quality assurance and measurement of campaign success.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or partnership management
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience in direct client management as well as in developing and running campaigns
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with clients, influencers, and internal stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of campaign analysis and optimization, KPI tracking, and reporting
  • Interest in digital trends and developments
