Responsibilities
You assist in implementing the influencer strategy to increase brand awareness
You contribute to planning and executing influencer campaigns and formats with a fashion focus
You maintain and expand our influencer network and support relationship management
You coordinate influencer collaborations operationally: briefings, content reviews, asset approvals
You plan and coordinate influencer content and activations in alignment with internal teams
You support the organization of shoots and events as well as collaboration with external partners
You help with performance analysis, prepare reports, and learn to interpret KPIs confidently
You take on administrative tasks such as contract filing, controlling, and logistics coordination
Requirements
Degree in marketing, communications, media studies, or a comparable qualification
At least one year of experience in influencer marketing or social media (e.g., through working student roles or initial professional experience)
Initial exposure to managing influencer collaborations is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of exchange and networking
Creativity and a strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and a good sense for fashion and lifestyle brands
