Responsibilities
You own the entire influencer booking process – from scouting and negotiation to performance analysis.
You independently manage monthly budgets (starting at approx. €20,000) and scale them by multiples during peak sales periods.
You bring structure to existing growth and ensure we scale influencer marketing faster and more effectively.
You plan and execute large-scale, sales-driven influencer brand activations on Instagram, TikTok & other platforms.
You optimize campaigns based on relevant KPIs such as ROAS, reach, conversion and AOV.
You track and report results – and derive clear recommendations for budget allocation.
You continuously test new creators, channels and formats to consistently improve our results.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in performance-oriented influencer marketing, ideally in D2C, health and/or supplement sectors.
Proven experience independently managing campaigns (25+ bookings per month) and handling budgets from €20,000.
Highly structured, data-driven and detail-oriented – you enjoy analyzing ROAS and identifying efficiency opportunities.
Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments and work in a goal- and result-oriented way.
Hands-on and self-directed – you drive projects to completion without lengthy approval loops.
Passion for social media and health topics – you know who and what is trending before the briefing call starts.
Native-level German and confident in English.
