About the role

  • Influencer Specialist to identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with content creators for BetWarrior. Driving brand awareness and engagement through influencer-led strategies in Brazil’s regulated sports betting market.

Responsibilities

  • Build BetWarrior’s influencer squad from scratch in Brazil
  • Lead end-to-end influencer partnerships: prospecting, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content activation, and performance tracking
  • Manage a portfolio of micro, mid-tier, and macro influencers across sports and entertainment
  • Define and monitor KPIs for influencer campaigns (reach, engagement, conversion, CPA)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Performance, CRM, and Legal teams
  • Manage influencer contracts, briefs, payment workflows, and tracking links
  • Stay ahead of trends in Brazilian social media, sports content creation, and the betting and entertainment space

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or content partnerships
  • Proven ability to identify, approach, and negotiate with content creators independently
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian social media landscape (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Kwai, Twitch)
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and autonomous
  • Intermediate to advanced written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and/or English
