Responsibilities
Act as the lead for opening tickets in SAP HCM, analyzing the necessary configurations;
Create scenarios in a test environment for ticket submission;
Prepare functional specifications for improvements in SAP HCM;
Provide support to payroll users to resolve errors and assist with review of statutory reports;
Execute tests involving business rules and coordinate issue resolution with the IT area;
Support users from multiple HR areas (including users in other locations) regarding procedures and use of SAP HCM;
Produce management reports;
Identify and act on process improvement and resource optimization opportunities;
Detect possible discrepancies in payroll accounting processing and work with partner areas to resolve errors;
Calculate pensions and advise users on how to perform the calculation in the SAP HCM system;
Liaise with vendors and external agents involved in payroll processes (such as payroll-deductible loans, supplier remittances, VAN providers – bank files);
Review user access profiles and approve granting of functions/transactions based on the function-user relationship;
Validate system changes resulting from legal updates;
Respond to labor and social security inspections and internal audits.
Requirements
Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll routines, with a generalist profile;
Social contributions and filings (SEFIP, FGTS) and federal tax filings (DCTfWeb and DIRF);
Experience developing presentations and management reports;
Implementation experience with payroll systems and/or e-Social;
Experience maintaining and creating tickets for SAP HCM, module PY (Payroll);
University degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields;
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
Labor legislation expertise;
SAP HCM (PY module);
Knowledge of Personnel Administration and Payroll routines;
Participation in payroll system or e-Social implementation projects is desirable;
Knowledge of e-Social;
Experience in shared services centers and/or BPO (Business Process Outsourcing);
VBA (Macros) or BI.
