Responsibilities
- Perform analysis and quantification of care costs and performance indicators for the Direct and Indirect Network in medium-complexity activities, analyzing cost and provider behavior, assessing quality and cost of care delivery, comparing results with contractual terms, preparing statistics and management reports, analyzing concentration of cost and quality indices, and recommending process and conduct improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- Specialization courses or MBA preferred
- Advanced knowledge in evaluating care performance reports and indicators and in the supplementary health sector, including allocation and classification of care costs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BI tools such as SAS and Tableau
- Knowledge of a programming language
