Technical Analyst II offering bilingual technical support for TELUS IoT solutions. Collaborating with teams to resolve customer inquiries and optimize system installations.
Responsibilities
Provide bilingual (English/French) customer support by phone, email, and remote access for multiple TELUS products
Provide guidance during equipment installation and commissioning
Keep customer records up to date in the ticketing system to track customer history and report recurring issues
Take a lead role in diagnosing and resolving technical software and hardware issues, collaborating with staff, customers, and vendors as required
Contribute to new product development and quality assurance testing
Assist in developing product documentation and training materials; train customers on software and hardware via webinars
Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Post-secondary technical diploma/certification
IT/Network experience
Basic knowledge of electrical systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Analytical approach to problem solving
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
Comfortable with public speaking and writing
Strong networking and interpersonal skills, customer-focused, and capable of leading conference calls with confidence
Experience using AI tools and technologies to support daily tasks and improve efficiency
Demonstrated ability to provide timely incident management support and resolution
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, and Chat)
