About the role
- PMO Analyst managing educational projects aimed at improving faculty engagement and experience. Collaborating on strategic project management initiatives within the education sector.
Responsibilities
- Plan, structure, and lead projects related to the faculty journey and teaching experience.
- Manage strategic projects for the area, ensuring planning, schedule tracking, deliverables, and alignment with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement initiatives focused on faculty experience and engagement.
- Design and oversee employer branding projects aimed at teaching staff.
- Plan and support the execution of internal marketing (endomarketing) activities targeted at faculty.
- Lead projects related to performance evaluation of faculty and course coordinators, supporting the structuring of processes, indicators, and result monitoring.
- Support the creation and implementation of professional development programs for faculty and academic leadership.
- Design and monitor initiatives for recognition and appreciation of the teaching staff.
- Track project indicators and outcomes under your responsibility, proposing continuous improvements.
- Prepare executive reports and presentations to monitor projects and results.
- Work collaboratively with academic and corporate areas to ensure execution and sustainability of initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Proficiency in the PDCA cycle and agile and/or hybrid methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, etc.)
- Intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in project management (PMO)
- Experience in culture, employee experience, or organizational development projects
- Experience building indicators and monitoring projects
- Experience with internal communications or engagement initiatives will be considered a differential
- Experience with projects focused on faculty or working in higher education institutions will be considered a plus
