About the role

  • PMO Analyst managing educational projects aimed at improving faculty engagement and experience. Collaborating on strategic project management initiatives within the education sector.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, structure, and lead projects related to the faculty journey and teaching experience.
  • Manage strategic projects for the area, ensuring planning, schedule tracking, deliverables, and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement initiatives focused on faculty experience and engagement.
  • Design and oversee employer branding projects aimed at teaching staff.
  • Plan and support the execution of internal marketing (endomarketing) activities targeted at faculty.
  • Lead projects related to performance evaluation of faculty and course coordinators, supporting the structuring of processes, indicators, and result monitoring.
  • Support the creation and implementation of professional development programs for faculty and academic leadership.
  • Design and monitor initiatives for recognition and appreciation of the teaching staff.
  • Track project indicators and outcomes under your responsibility, proposing continuous improvements.
  • Prepare executive reports and presentations to monitor projects and results.
  • Work collaboratively with academic and corporate areas to ensure execution and sustainability of initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Proficiency in the PDCA cycle and agile and/or hybrid methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, etc.)
  • Intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in project management (PMO)
  • Experience in culture, employee experience, or organizational development projects
  • Experience building indicators and monitoring projects
  • Experience with internal communications or engagement initiatives will be considered a differential
  • Experience with projects focused on faculty or working in higher education institutions will be considered a plus
