Marketing analyst executing student recruitment campaigns focused on lead conversion for YDUQS, a major education company in Brazil.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute commercial student recruitment campaigns, focusing on converting leads and applicants into enrollments.
Prepare communication and campaign briefings, directing content creation with the copywriting and design teams.
Monitor the development of campaign assets, ensuring alignment with commercial and strategic objectives.
Review and approve produced materials (copy and visual assets) before they are released for execution.
Forward approved materials to the teams responsible for dispatching communications (email, SMS and other relationship channels).
Track the campaign calendar and ensure communications go live within defined deadlines.
Collaborate with partner areas such as marketing, media, sales channels, website, product and DBM to ensure alignment and execution of actions.
Monitor the candidate journey throughout the recruitment funnel, identifying improvement opportunities to optimize conversion.
Support campaign results analysis and recommend adjustments and improvements to communication and recruitment strategies.
Ensure organization of requests, approval workflows and campaign documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising or related fields.
Experience or knowledge in digital marketing, commercial campaigns or customer/lead communications management.
Ability to prepare clear briefings and direct requests to creative teams (content and design).
Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different areas.
Basic knowledge of Excel or data analysis tools.
Analytical ability to track campaign and conversion metrics.
Preferred: Previous experience in student recruitment or marketing within educational institutions.
Preferred: Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools such as RD Station or similar.
Preferred: Familiarity with lead nurturing strategies and the customer journey.
Preferred: Experience with email marketing, SMS or direct communications with leads.
Preferred: Basic understanding of sales funnels, inbound marketing and conversion strategies.
Preferred: Experience working in environments that interface across multiple areas (marketing, sales, product and technology).
