About the role

  • Growth Marketing Manager orchestrating demand strategies and campaigns to drive pipeline growth at Proliance. Leading multi-channel initiatives and collaborating with product, sales, and customer success.

Responsibilities

  • You build and scale our demand — from Demand Generation to Demand Capture
  • You will seamlessly orchestrate webinars, events, campaigns, content distribution, paid channels and the website — with a clear goal: pipeline growth and revenue
  • Campaign strategy: Develop and manage quarterly growth playbooks (e.g., NIS2, AI Act, industry-focused) — clear hypotheses, target segments, messaging, KPIs
  • Multi-channel orchestration: Plan and execute integrated campaigns (email, paid social, search/SEA, retargeting, PR, partners) including landing pages, funnels and a testing plan
  • Webinar pipeline focus: End-to-end ownership (topics, content, creative briefings, copy, promotion, moderation) with measurable goals for MQLs, SQLs and pipeline
  • Co-marketing & reach: Build and maintain partner programs within the security ecosystem; run joint webinars, content collaborations and campaigns to scale reach
  • Sales enablement: Close alignment with Sales including follow-up playbooks (sequences, content, SLAs), and planning/execution of relevant trade shows and events
  • Demand capture & performance: Own campaign pages (structure, messaging, forms, UTM discipline) and manage search/SEA, LinkedIn and retargeting (budget, creatives, experiments, scaling)

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Demand Generation for B2B SaaS with demonstrable pipeline impact (please provide examples/KPIs)
  • Deep expertise in at least one core channel (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email, webinars & events)
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, GA4/GTM; confident working with CMSs (e.g., Webflow/WordPress) and UTM/attribution standards
  • Precise, conversion-oriented copywriting; structured briefings; ability to translate complex topics (e.g., NIS2, AI Act) into clear messaging
  • Hypothesis-driven approach, clean tracking and meaningful dashboards; you test, learn and scale
  • Nice to have: Experience in security/compliance (GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001, AI Act) and familiarity with tools like Sistrix, Figma, Clay
  • Languages: German — business fluent; English — strong
