About the role

  • Assist with day-to-day management of Quantitative Equity and Multi-Asset Solutions investment teams, including preparing and coordinating communications, calendar management, and meeting logistics
  • Coordinate complex international travel logistics across multiple time zones and regions, including visa requirements and cultural nuances
  • Organize and maintain calendars, including scheduling large meetings with senior-level executives within PQS, PGIM and Prudential
  • Assist with client meetings: agenda, meeting materials, logistics (catering, security clearance), prep meetings, and compliance pre-approvals
  • Prepare and produce PowerPoint presentations and Word documents
  • Produce communications, presentations, reports, and analysis as needed
  • Professionally represent and handle all written and verbal communications
  • Streamline and organize data and documentation to maximize efficiency
  • Participate in coordinating PQS employee and volunteer events
  • Provide back up support to Executive Assistant to Head of PQS
  • Collaborate with the PQS Admin Team to support ad hoc projects and broader team initiatives

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate across teams about priorities and business objectives
  • Minimum of six years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level management
  • Proven track-record in supporting senior-level management in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency of PowerPoint and Word
  • High level of integrity, discretion and judgment in handling highly sensitive, confidential information
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry
  • Flexibility to work overtime
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently but also partner as a team player
  • Knowledge of Concur and Workday a plus
