Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end planning and execution of restructuring events and RIFs

- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs
- Drive continuous improvement by developing scalable tools, templates, and resources
- Handle all logistics for workforce transition events
- Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with legal requirements
Requirements
- 4-year college degree
- 4-years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree plus 2-years of relevant experience
- High level English
- Demonstrated success supporting large-scale RIFs and restructuring efforts for Medtronic
- Experience working with Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) Centers of Excellence
- Strong capability in managing sensitive HR data responsibly
- Effective communicator, skilled in engaging senior leaders and coordinating cross-functional, cross-regional initiatives
