Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end planning and execution of restructuring events and RIFs
Partner with Employee Relations, Employment Law, HR Business Partners
Comply with U.S. labor relations strategies
Support implementation of internal communication strategies
Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs
Drive continuous improvement by developing scalable tools, templates, and resources
Handle all logistics for workforce transition events
Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with legal requirements
Requirements
4-year college degree
4-years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree plus 2-years of relevant experience
High level English
Demonstrated success supporting large-scale RIFs and restructuring efforts for Medtronic
Experience working with Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) Centers of Excellence
Strong capability in managing sensitive HR data responsibly
Effective communicator, skilled in engaging senior leaders and coordinating cross-functional, cross-regional initiatives
