About the role

  • Drive end-to-end planning and execution of restructuring events and RIFs
  • Partner with Employee Relations, Employment Law, HR Business Partners
  • Comply with U.S. labor relations strategies
  • Support implementation of internal communication strategies
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs
  • Drive continuous improvement by developing scalable tools, templates, and resources
  • Handle all logistics for workforce transition events
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with legal requirements

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree
  • 4-years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree plus 2-years of relevant experience
  • High level English
  • Demonstrated success supporting large-scale RIFs and restructuring efforts for Medtronic
  • Experience working with Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) Centers of Excellence
  • Strong capability in managing sensitive HR data responsibly
  • Effective communicator, skilled in engaging senior leaders and coordinating cross-functional, cross-regional initiatives
