Manage the Professional Services P&L, driving revenue growth, delivery efficiency, and margin improvement.
Expand and optimize Managed Services offerings to deliver recurring value and annuity revenue streams.
Ensure implementation excellence, delivery quality, and scalable methodologies across markets and customer segments.
Collaborate with global product, sales, and finance leaders to align services strategy with corporate objectives.
Partner with system integrators and channel alliances to expand delivery capacity, pursue new growth opportunities, and co-sell implementation packages.
Drive operational excellence through the implementation of playbooks, metrics, and platforms such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in B2B software (preferably SaaS), with a proven track record leading Professional Services, Customer Success, and/or Managed Services organizations.
Strong domain expertise supporting the Office of the CFO in areas such as expense management, travel technologies, and payments.
Demonstrated success scaling services and success motions across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts.
Solid financial acumen with experience managing P&L, revenue growth, and margin optimization.
Proven ability to collaborate with partners and channel ecosystems to deliver services and drive joint growth opportunities.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a global, matrixed environment.
