About the role

  • Define and execute the regional services strategy to deliver world-class customer experiences with measurable business impact.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing multi-country team across Professional Services, Managed Services, and Customer Success.
  • Manage the Professional Services P&L, driving revenue growth, delivery efficiency, and margin improvement.
  • Expand and optimize Managed Services offerings to deliver recurring value and annuity revenue streams.
  • Ensure implementation excellence, delivery quality, and scalable methodologies across markets and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with global product, sales, and finance leaders to align services strategy with corporate objectives.
  • Partner with system integrators and channel alliances to expand delivery capacity, pursue new growth opportunities, and co-sell implementation packages.
  • Drive operational excellence through the implementation of playbooks, metrics, and platforms such as Salesforce and Gainsight.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B software (preferably SaaS), with a proven track record leading Professional Services, Customer Success, and/or Managed Services organizations.
  • Strong domain expertise supporting the Office of the CFO in areas such as expense management, travel technologies, and payments.
  • Demonstrated success scaling services and success motions across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts.
  • Solid financial acumen with experience managing P&L, revenue growth, and margin optimization.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with partners and channel ecosystems to deliver services and drive joint growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a global, matrixed environment.
