Responsibilities
Define and execute commercial strategies aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
Oversee sales and marketing teams to drive revenue, market share, and brand awareness.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
Ensure customer-centric strategies are in place to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value.
Work closely with product, operations, and finance to align commercial goals across departments.
Build and lead high-performing commercial teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Requirements
Track record: previous experience of building high-performing teams within scale up environment, preferably in fintech, banking or tech sector.
Leadership skills: The ability to inspire and motivate geographically dispersed sales teams to perform at their very best, along with the skill to attract and hire A-grade sales talent.
Communication skills: Strong listening, presentation, and questioning skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for easy understanding.
Ability to build rapport: The ability to quickly build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization and to be at ease meeting senior C-level executives.
Energy and enthusiasm: High energy and enthusiasm to help disrupt the banking landscape.
Coachability: A willingness to learn, strive for excellence, and continually invest in improving professional skills, standards, and abilities.
