About the role

  • Sales Manager focusing on municipalities in Switzerland for CITIES. Responsible for customer acquisition and relationship management within the governmental sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise our existing municipal clients
  • Acquire new clients in the municipal sector (cities, towns, municipalities)
  • Present and sell our CITIES platform as well as other digital solutions
  • Support clients with administrative and technical inquiries
  • Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships
  • Attend trade shows, events and networking meetings within the municipal sector
  • Work closely with our product and support teams

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, ideally in the municipal or public sector
  • Strong communication and consulting skills
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Technical understanding and interest in digital solutions
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
