About the role

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing strategic HR insight, coaching, and organizational guidance
  • Design and implement HR initiatives that align with long-term business objectives and company values
  • Lead talent planning, succession management, and workforce optimization to support evolving business needs
  • Partner with business leaders to structure teams for agility and efficiency across global operations
  • Drive alignment of HR strategies with financial and operational goals to ensure strong performance outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within a Fortune 500 organization
  • Minimum 5 years at the Director level and 2+ years at the Senior Director or VP level
  • Proven success in pharma, biotech, or life sciences sectors strongly preferred
