Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing strategic HR insight, coaching, and organizational guidance
Design and implement HR initiatives that align with long-term business objectives and company values
Lead talent planning, succession management, and workforce optimization to support evolving business needs
Partner with business leaders to structure teams for agility and efficiency across global operations
Drive alignment of HR strategies with financial and operational goals to ensure strong performance outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within a Fortune 500 organization
Minimum 5 years at the Director level and 2+ years at the Senior Director or VP level
Proven success in pharma, biotech, or life sciences sectors strongly preferred
