About the role

  • Senior HR Manager partnering with nuclear management to drive business results and implement HR programs. Leading initiatives in a high-performance culture for Vistra Nuclear Operations in Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Establish partnerships and maintain close relationships with nuclear management
  • Provide strategic human resource insight and guidance on organization issues
  • Direct implementation of new or revised HR programs policies
  • Provide ongoing consulting and support services to business unit managers
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives by coordinating and collaborating with nuclear management
  • Provide coordination regarding Employee Relations

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of progressive, related professional HR experience.
  • Experience partnering/working with nuclear organizations.
  • Demonstrated success and experience in consulting on and driving Compensation, Performance Management, Staffing and Learning and Development
  • Demonstrated leadership and customer focus skills
  • Certification as SPHR/PHR or SHRM-SCP/CP desired
  • Knowledge of employment law and current HR trends
  • Minimum education is HS Diploma or equivalency
