Responsibilities

  • Partner with C-level executives and their leadership teams across Product & Tech and Content
  • Lead performance management, talent and succession planning
  • Support managers in building high-performing teams
  • Identify talent gaps and drive actions to build robust succession pipelines
  • Drive workforce planning and support change management initiatives
  • Collaborate with leaders on specialized initiatives
  • Use business acumen and data to diagnose organizational issues
  • Seamlessly shift between strategic planning and hands-on execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience
  • At least 3 years as an HR Business Partner
  • Proven track record in key HR disciplines
  • Strong grasp of business mechanics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
