Responsibilities
We are building the must have AI Ecosystem for our customers and looking for an established leader to work as a player and coach to drive and scale this program.
You’ll have the vision to help set strategy and the range to then execute on bringing that vision to life.
You’ll provide strong support and leadership, by empowering team members to work hard and foster a culture of excellence.
Able to see the path and make things happen in a fast paced, complex environment.
Requirements
More than 5 years experience in a management role.
Strong existing network across AI businesses and startups.
AdTech background is a big plus - particularly an understanding of technology.
Remarkably driven, operationally strong and well organised.
The ability to track and forecast pipeline opportunities across the team is key.
Independent and self-sufficient. You need minimal management, only coaching and mentorship.
Strong track record of working with a range of stakeholders to beat objectives.
Excellent time management, project management and communication skills.
