About the role
- Analista de Demanda Sr. driving S&OP processes and managing demand forecasts at Grupo CRM. Collaborating across teams in a hybrid work environment to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Co-lead the S&OP process, driving the main stages and ensuring effective integration among the areas involved;
- Generate demand forecasts by channel (stores and factory) and monitor product sales, tracking the performance of launches, discontinuations, promotions and activities;
- Interface with the Marketing and Trade teams to align strategies and analyze data;
- Perform data analyses and ad-hoc studies to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities;
- Build the demand plan (S&OP) for finished goods using statistical methods and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring forecast accuracy;
- Train teams on the use of the demand planning tool and guide them on procedures and processes related to the S&OP cycle;
- Facilitate consensus meetings between marketing, commercial, trade and supply teams, capturing qualitative and quantitative inputs to increase the accuracy of the S&OP cycle.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
- Microsoft Office: Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel for data analysis and presentations;
- Advanced Excel: Proficiency in advanced Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros and data analysis;
- SAP (Desirable): Knowledge of SAP is desirable for system integration and data analysis;
- PyPlan (Desirable): Familiarity with the PyPlan platform for supply chain management and demand planning is desirable.
