About the role
- Senior Analyst supporting Logistics Execution Team optimizing global transportation strategy in North America. Key responsibilities include KPI monitoring, process improvements and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive core Logistics KPIs, such as On Time Shipping and Lead Time reduction.
- Design booking, scheduling, and other transportation procedures to match with our SAP ERP and deliver optimal shipping results.
- Produce reports to measure key performance metrics and analyze data to identify improvement.
- Lead cross-functional team meetings to drive performance improvement and cost out efforts.
- Act as a liaison between North American shipping sites and our global transportation partners – both internal teams and carriers/forwarders – to deliver optimize processes that fit the needs of the business and our customers.
- Deploy and act as a Subject Matter Expert for new Logistics tools, such as a Transportation Management System and Power BI reports.
- Ensure compliance under our global routing guide with shippers.
- Follow PACE values and conduct best business practices according to our Global Logistics standards.
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience using and designing Power BI dashboards and reports
- Experience with SAP Operating System
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, and Warehousing; 3+ years of experience preferred
