Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience supporting and maintaining at least one hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) solution and one traditional 3-tier architecture platform.
At least 6 years of experience in IT support or operations within the software or data center industry, preferably with a focus on private and hybrid cloud environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of resolving complex technical issues in a timely and structured manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
