Own Problems End-to-End: Take vague, complex challenges and drive them from concept through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
Execution at Velocity: Ship resilient systems at pirate ship speed under intense constraints.
Operationalize AI: Incorporate modern AI techniques into core systems both to optimize velocity and precision of builds and to leverage Native’s unique data pipelines from the market.
Evolve the Platform: Contribute to the technical trajectory that renders the world’s largest commercial channel legible, actionable, and operational at scale.
Domain Ownership: Command of system architecture, design, and implementation, accountable for results without excuse.
Generate reports: Create and deliver accurate, clear, and valuable reports for both internal and external clients.
Analyze information: Work with data collected from daily surveys, integrating datasets developed by data scientists.
Automate processes: Streamline and execute automated data production workflows for efficient client delivery.
Produce files: Prepare customized outputs tailored to each client’s specific structure and requirements.
Improve logistics: Enhance planning processes to support field collaborators more effectively.
Collaborate on projects: Performance is assessed on one axis: the velocity, precision, and scale at which this role advances Native’s position in the market.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years working on data analysis or data transformation projects.
Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proficient in ETL using database languages such as BigQuery, MySQL, or Postgres (required).
Proven experience in Google Cloud Platform, particularly with Cloud Functions and Scheduler Queries (required).
Strong proficiency in Python (required).
English level B1 or higher (required).
Experience using project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project (required).
Skilled in automating reports using Pentaho tools (required).
