Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s content marketing strategy across multiple channels (blog, social media, email marketing, CRM, press, and website).
Manage and brief content partners and agencies (copywriting, video, design, and PR).
Write and produce high-quality content, including success stories, thought leadership articles, newsletters, campaigns, and marketing assets.
Manage the company’s social media strategy and editorial calendar.
Support inbound and outbound campaigns in collaboration with the Growth team.
Maintain and update website content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
Monitor performance metrics (traffic, engagement, leads) and present insights and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align content with business priorities.
Support branding projects, webinars, and corporate events.
Requirements
Proven experience in content marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
Advanced English (mandatory) – must be able to speak, write, and review content.
Advanced Spanish is a plus.
Experience managing content suppliers and agencies (copy, video, PR).
Hands-on experience writing and producing original content.
Solid understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, RD Station, or similar).
Analytical mindset with a strong focus on performance, metrics, and results.
Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
