About the role
- Develop and execute the company’s content marketing strategy across multiple channels (blog, social media, email marketing, CRM, press, and website).
- Manage and brief content partners and agencies (copywriting, video, design, and PR).
- Write and produce high-quality content, including success stories, thought leadership articles, newsletters, campaigns, and marketing assets.
- Manage the company’s social media strategy and editorial calendar.
- Support inbound and outbound campaigns in collaboration with the Growth team.
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
- Monitor performance metrics (traffic, engagement, leads) and present insights and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align content with business priorities.
- Support branding projects, webinars, and corporate events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
- Advanced English (mandatory) – must be able to speak, write, and review content.
- Advanced Spanish is a plus.
- Experience managing content suppliers and agencies (copy, video, PR).
- Hands-on experience writing and producing original content.
- Solid understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, RD Station, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on performance, metrics, and results.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
- Ambitious, growth-oriented profile.
