About the role

  • Influencer Marketing Analyst develops social media strategies and executes influencer campaigns. Collaborating with content creators and analyzing performance metrics for success.

Responsibilities

  • Guarantee campaign engagement over time by bringing new content and influencers.
  • Understand the campaign objectives and brand fit.
  • Research and discover content creators that suit global campaigns.
  • Understand monthly performance KPIs and adjust search & discovery to improve performance.
  • Execution of the end-to-end campaign implementation/content creation process, guaranteeing brand integration quality and proposing process improvements regarding content approval, influencer agreements, talking points, invoices & payment.
  • Deliver campaign budget and performance goals, negotiating competitive Fees to deliver on our Client's KPIs as well as expanding current client’s budgets and territories.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & French (mandatory)
  • Self-directed, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Energetic, and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
  • Teamwork
  • Learning on the fly
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office
