About the role

  • Sales and Marketing Analyst responsible for analyzing bike sales across all channels and optimizing marketing strategies through data-driven insights. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve brand visibility and sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • You continuously analyze bike sales across all channels and monitor (online) marketing budgets and activities.
  • Together with our Bike XP teams (Race, Adventure, etc.), you identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and sustainably drive revenue growth.
  • Your data-driven analysis of the customer journey shows colleagues where there are opportunities to engage and delight customers.
  • Analyze KPIs related to e-commerce, retail stores, customer journey, traffic, (online) marketing channels and conversion.
  • Prepare revenue and budget plans for online and offline sales channels, as well as ongoing forecasts and budget control.
  • You are responsible for sales and marketing controlling and for developing dashboards and reports to monitor performance.
  • Apply statistical methods and modeling for trend analysis, forecasting, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to further develop the data infrastructure and tools.
  • Conduct customer journey analyses across all marketing touchpoints for process optimization and budget allocation.

Requirements

  • At least three years of professional experience in controlling/BI within an e-commerce or multichannel company, or in a comparable role
  • Enthusiasm for cycling
  • Controlling experience with common tools, such as BI tools or Google Analytics
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
  • Proactive communication skills and team player
  • Strong conceptual thinking, solution orientation and sense of responsibility
  • Quick learner with willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas
  • Very good German and English skills.
