About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end production process for multimedia and written content, from ideation through delivery.
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met, and priorities are aligned with company objectives.
  • Coordinate between internal teams, external vendors, freelancers, and agencies to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee approvals, manage feedback loops, and keep all stakeholders aligned.
  • Work with marketing, product, and leadership teams to plan campaigns and develop editorial calendars.
  • Manage the production of diverse content formats, including marketing collateral, photography, video content, written case studies, blog posts, social media content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Gridware brand voice, visual identity, and messaging strategy.
  • Utilize a Digital Asset Management system to create a single source of truth for all digital assets.
  • Route assets to relevant stakeholders for review and feedback, managing permissions and access controls.
  • Ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines and manage licensing and usage rights.
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, negotiate budgets and timelines, and act as the central point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance and workflow efficiency to inform strategy and optimize future content initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, creative project management, content production, or creative asset production.
  • Full appreciation for the creative process, ideation and creative project management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with multimedia and written content production workflows.
  • Comfortable using project management tools like Trello or Jira.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors, agencies, or freelancers.
  • B2B Agency and brand-side experience.
  • Background in creative production (web, video, design, or writing).
