About the role

  • Mapping processes, creating As-Is process documentation, and presenting findings with identified improvement opportunities, as well as preparing presentations summarizing the process diagnostic results;
  • Proposing a To-Be process aligned with the client's expectations;
  • Developing functional specifications for systems focused on changes introduced by the new processes;
  • Providing functional support to the technical team during solution development;
  • Working on Change Management pillars such as Stakeholder Engagement, Training, Communication Plan, Issue and Risk Identification and Resolution, and post-rollout support;
  • High level of interaction with the project team, client, and other stakeholders to diagnose needs and review solution designs, with the ability to define/execute engagement strategies and develop/implement stakeholder action plans;
  • Supporting project scope control and escalation management to ensure adherence to schedule and scope;
  • Creating and monitoring a risk matrix, including developing action plans and tracking risk mitigation;
  • Supporting other consultants with project tasks;
  • Preparing management and executive-level presentations

Requirements

  • Education: University degree completed: all fields are welcome!
  • Knowledge and experience in project work;
  • Preferred knowledge of procurement/purchasing processes;
  • Consulting experience is a plus;
  • Ability to stay up to date with new technology trends;
  • Negotiation, planning, conflict management, and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members;
  • Resilience and strong ability to identify synergies and quick wins;
  • Self-management and ability to manage time and deliverables;
  • Flexibility to change and openness to proposing new ideas;
  • Ease in handling and interpreting process data;
  • Ability to create structured PowerPoint presentations with consistent storytelling and, preferably, data-driven insights;
  • MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel;
  • Strong communication skills with clients.
