Proposing a To-Be process aligned with the client's expectations;
Developing functional specifications for systems focused on changes introduced by the new processes;
Providing functional support to the technical team during solution development;
Working on Change Management pillars such as Stakeholder Engagement, Training, Communication Plan, Issue and Risk Identification and Resolution, and post-rollout support;
High level of interaction with the project team, client, and other stakeholders to diagnose needs and review solution designs, with the ability to define/execute engagement strategies and develop/implement stakeholder action plans;
Supporting project scope control and escalation management to ensure adherence to schedule and scope;
Creating and monitoring a risk matrix, including developing action plans and tracking risk mitigation;
Supporting other consultants with project tasks;
Preparing management and executive-level presentations
Requirements
Education: University degree completed: all fields are welcome!
Knowledge and experience in project work;
Preferred knowledge of procurement/purchasing processes;
Consulting experience is a plus;
Ability to stay up to date with new technology trends;
