Responsibilities
- Ensure full commercial support through virtual meetings and in-person visits (FLUENT ENGLISH REQUIRED), following an established schedule for brokers and national and international clients, including: verification and collection of basic information for quotes, clarification of product and procedure inquiries, communication of our risk acceptance policy, among other tasks.
- Assist with administrative and operational activities for economic groups (direct clients and captive accounts).
- Perform internal and external follow-ups between technical areas, brokers and policyholders to address requests and meet deadlines.
- Manage opportunities by receiving and registering them in internal systems and preparing management reports.
Requirements
- Fluent English for handling international requests.
- Essential: knowledge of insurance and experience serving brokers and clients.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Proactivity, strong interpersonal skills and good organization.
- Ability to work in a team; research capability and curiosity; flexibility; empathy.
- Persuasion; verbal and written fluency; objectivity.
- University degree (completed).
