Responsibilities
Analyze sales and customer performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Create, maintain, and enhance Excel-based reports, dashboards, and standardized templates to track KPIs (e.g., pipeline, bookings, renewals, retention, churn).
Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives (e.g., performance deep-dives, target tracking, territory/account insights).
Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating inputs, reconciling metrics, and documenting definitions.
Present findings in a clear, executive-ready format with practical recommendations and next steps.
Contribute to process improvement and automation efforts (e.g., Power Query-based data preparation, report efficiency improvements).
Requirements
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in FP&A, revenue/sales reporting & analytics, sales planning, forecasting, or commercial analytics.
Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivots, structured modeling; Power Query exposure strongly preferred.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data into business insights.
Clear communication skills and comfort working with stakeholders across functions.
High attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
Preferred / Nice to have: Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Basic SQL skills and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau).
