About the role
- Energy Pricing Analyst II delivering pricing/estimating for EaaS projects at ENFRA. Collaborating with clients and managing project metrics to ensure timely delivery on budget.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pricing/estimating for EaaS projects.
- Plan and independently perform assignments with technical guidance for unusual or complex problems.
- Supervise less experienced engineers or technicians while managing specific projects.
- Coordinate with clients, external resources, equipment vendors, and internal team members to ensure client requirements are accurately documented and communicated.
- Manage all incoming project information from internal and external stakeholders; and distribute to project team.
- Continuously track project metrics to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Conduct site surveys to determine existing facility conditions with consideration for construction aspects related to project pricing.
- Manage all aspects of pricing for projects including constructability narratives, direct contractor pricing, and financial pricing model.
- Participate in industry organizations and attend events, meetings, and activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from a four year ABET accredited university or equivalent industry experience pricing design build projects.
- 2-4 years' experience in project estimating/pricing.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills and aptitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written format.
- Ability to communicate effectively with facility managers and engineers.
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines while on survey.
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to use technology and apps for collecting data while on survey.
- Passion for quality and client satisfaction.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.
- Well versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
