About the role
- Senior Analyst driving process improvements for UEAT Phase 3 migration at Moneris. Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Operations to enhance onboarding and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Product, & Operations
- Enable the successful execution of UEAT Phase 3 migration and ensuring merchant onboarding readiness
- Evaluate system performance and lead the design of sustainable process improvements through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration
- Drive revenue, productivity, and cost efficiency
- Lead process readiness and gap analysis to support UEAT Phase 3 migration
- Drive operational efficiency and reduce manual effort in merchant onboarding
- Translate business needs into scalable process improvements
- Support documentation and training for new workflows and tools to ensure smooth adoption and operational continuity
- Implement and lead reporting improvements from frontline teams to leadership
- Collaborate with Sales, Product and Operations teams to gather input, align departmental needs, and ensure proposed solutions are optimal
- Develop a quality assurance culture across departments to ensure problem resolution is sustainable
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a process improvement, program management or relevant role
- Experience in process mapping and optimization, especially in digital onboarding and sales workflows
- Familiarity with platform integrations (e.g., UEAT, OMS, ServiceNow) and API-driven environments
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to identify process gaps and measure improvements
- Proven ability in change management and stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams
- Agile delivery experience, including working with Product Owners, Analysts, and Developers
- Lean Six Sigma green belt certification or equivalent
- Knowledge in 5S, Value stream mapping, A3 process, kaizen methodology
- Bilingual English & French is a strong asset
