About the role

  • Working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Product, & Operations
  • Enable the successful execution of UEAT Phase 3 migration and ensuring merchant onboarding readiness
  • Evaluate system performance and lead the design of sustainable process improvements through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration
  • Drive revenue, productivity, and cost efficiency
  • Lead process readiness and gap analysis to support UEAT Phase 3 migration
  • Drive operational efficiency and reduce manual effort in merchant onboarding
  • Translate business needs into scalable process improvements
  • Support documentation and training for new workflows and tools to ensure smooth adoption and operational continuity
  • Implement and lead reporting improvements from frontline teams to leadership
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product and Operations teams to gather input, align departmental needs, and ensure proposed solutions are optimal
  • Develop a quality assurance culture across departments to ensure problem resolution is sustainable

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in a process improvement, program management or relevant role
  • Experience in process mapping and optimization, especially in digital onboarding and sales workflows
  • Familiarity with platform integrations (e.g., UEAT, OMS, ServiceNow) and API-driven environments
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to identify process gaps and measure improvements
  • Proven ability in change management and stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams
  • Agile delivery experience, including working with Product Owners, Analysts, and Developers
  • Lean Six Sigma green belt certification or equivalent
  • Knowledge in 5S, Value stream mapping, A3 process, kaizen methodology
  • Bilingual English & French is a strong asset
