About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to front line team members in meeting their daily production targets to ensure customer expectations are met.

- Identifies and resolves day-to-day technical and operational issues and coaching and mentoring team's problem-solving capabilities.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness to improve the production system and meet customer demand.
Requirements
- Prior direct leadership experience of team members in a production environment.
- Provide examples of leading process and quality improvements for the team.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Blueprint reading experience.
- Experience with basic inspection equipment for manufacturing.
- This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
