Responsibilities
Operational coordination and management of all departments
Serving as Manager on Duty
Ensuring communication and information flow with internal and external interfaces
Supporting and challenging the team
Optimizing and monitoring workflows across departments
Training, motivating, and developing employees
Guest relations and guest advising
Acting as a role model and actively assisting the team
Inventory control and stock management
Ensuring and improving hygiene, order, safety, and adherence to JUFA quality standards
Further developing the offering in cooperation with management
Point of contact for personnel management
Requirements
Team player with the ability to work independently
Hands-on mentality
Strong organizational skills
High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
Very good German and English language skills (spoken and written)

Several years of professional experience in hotels or catering, preferably in F&B
