About the role

  • Senior Account Manager leading brand identity and activation projects for clients. Balancing strategic thinking with project management in a creative agency.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on brand identity and activation projects.
  • Build and nurture strong, trust-based client relationships.
  • Anticipate client needs and position HY.AM as a strategic partner, not just an executional agency.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects including brand identities, campaigns, and brand activations.
  • Translate client briefs into clear, actionable internal direction.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projects.
  • Ensure all outputs meet HY.AM’s standards for creative quality and cultural relevance.
  • Work closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to connect client objectives with bold creative solutions.
  • Manage account budgets and profitability.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, from expanding identity rollouts to scaling activations.
  • Mentor and guide Account Executives/Managers on client service and project delivery.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of account management experience in a creative/brand/design agency.
  • Proven experience managing brand identity and/or brand activation projects end-to-end.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities—confident in client-facing moments.
  • A commercial mindset: comfortable with budgets, scopes, and growth opportunities.
  • Curiosity for culture and love for brand, design, and storytelling.
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
