About the role

  • Account Manager supporting retail partner network for children's bikes at woom. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless account setup and dealer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • The Account Manager plays a key role in supporting our rapidly growing retail partner network.
  • This position collaborates closely with Sales, Logistics & Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless account setup, order execution, and dealer satisfaction.
  • Partner side-by-side with the Sales team to support and grow retail accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics & Operations and Finance to ensure smooth order processing and account execution
  • Own backend account setup and system execution for new and existing dealers
  • Manage order entry with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide best-in-class dealer customer service and ongoing account support
  • Lead the rollout and execution of our merchandising program across retail partners
  • Support dealers with product information, program details, and operational guidance
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and dealer experience

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of sales or account management experience (bike or outdoor industry preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) and willingness to learn new systems
  • Experience with order entry, ERP/CRM systems a plus
  • Passion for cycling and/or working in the outdoor industry preferred
