About the role

  • Key Account Manager driving sales opportunities and managing key accounts for Sonova's Sennheiser brand. Build relationships and execute strategic plans in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Assist key accounts with organizational skills and territory planning
  • Maintain and update the key account strategic plan monthly
  • Manage all aspects of assigned key accounts including opportunity identification and closing
  • Ensure a high level of post-sales satisfaction and facilitate long term relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales revenue targets
  • Support implementation of customer specific advertising and trade marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Experience managing retail accounts in either CE or CPG industries
  • University degree in business or related field
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
  • Availability and willingness to travel internationally (10-20% of time)
