Senior Account Executive managing social media campaigns and client interactions at Ogilvy, optimizing content and tracking performance metrics while handling community management.
Responsibilities
Act as day-to-day client contact, translating briefs into clear instructions and ensuring deliverables are met.
Coordinate timelines, approvals, and asset delivery across teams and partners.
Manage and optimize content across social platforms, applying latest trends and AI-powered features.
Track and report performance metrics with actionable recommendations, in collaboration with the Performance Team.
Oversee community management, ensuring authentic engagement and monitoring sentiment and feedback.
Collaborate with creative, PR, ATL, and influencer teams to develop integrated campaigns.
Support junior team members in content, reporting, and community management best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
2–3 years’ experience in account & social media management, analytics, and client servicing
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and advanced use of social media analytics tools
Proven experience in working with AI tools and systems is required
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
Strong organizational ability to manage multiple projects
Native-level fluency in English, written and spoken
