Account Executive responsible for commercial development of Murfy Solar, handling client relationships from prospecting to installation. Participate in the growth and structuring of sales strategy.
Responsibilities
Reporting to Quentin, General Manager of the solar business, you are responsible for the commercial development of the solar activity and manage the client relationship from prospecting and contract signing through installation of their solar solution and long-term customer satisfaction.
You will contribute to building the sales messaging, improving sales processes, and structuring our commercial strategy.
Business development: Qualify prospects and grow your client portfolio, handle inbound leads, quickly understand prospects’ needs, and book qualified meetings.
Support & sales: Build a close relationship with each client, prepare tailored commercial proposals, present the offering, manage follow-ups and reminders after technical visits, negotiate and close deals.
Follow-up through installation: Ensure coordination with technical teams, update information in the CRM, and keep clients informed and engaged until commissioning.
Requirements
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally in B2C, with sales cycles involving committed products or services conducted entirely remotely.
You understand that purchasing decisions develop over time: you are comfortable with multiple interactions, capable of building trust, nurturing a prospect’s interest, and adapting your pitch to the prospect’s level of maturity.
You create a structured, reassuring commercial relationship through to contract signing.
Experience in photovoltaics is not required, but you have an appetite for developing technical knowledge of the products and services you sell.
You have a continuous improvement mindset and an affinity for data: key qualities in a context where much is still being built, both in terms of sales practices (targeting, pitch, etc.) and tool optimization.
Success will also depend on your genuine desire to work in an agile environment that requires autonomy and proactivity in your work.
