About the role
- Salesforce CPQ Administrator for cybersecurity company maintaining Salesforce CPQ implementation. Collaborating with BSAs and resolving production issues in a hybrid work setup.
Responsibilities
- Working with BSAs to maintain and enhance our Salesforce CPQ implementation
- Developing a detailed understanding of CRM core application architecture and how Salesforce CPQ integrates with other systems, including NetSuite
- Managing production issues related to CPQ and Advanced Approvals
- Identifying and implementing operational improvements, enhancements, and customizations
- Mitigating risks associated with projects, having a high technical complexity
- Acting as a SME in the discovery and investigation of critical production problems
- Maintaining and supporting Price books, Products, Quotes, Approvals, Product Rules, Price Rules, Workflows, Validations, Custom Objects, Page Layouts
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience implementing, configuring and administering SFDC.com and/or Salesforce CPQ
- Salesforce Administrator preferred, Salesforce CPQ Certification nice to have
- Experience with custom objects, formulas, validation rules, workflows, process builder , approvals, and assignment rules, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Data Loader
- Experience working in an Agile project delivery environment
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and its data model and capabilities, Advanced Approvals a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a results oriented business environment
- Must be service oriented with the ability to thrive in a team environment
